ATP Locomotive Workshop Project

A heritage building project by Mirvac and Arcadis in Eveleigh, NSW Australia. It houses the tools and machinery used by the Eveleigh Railway Yard workshop to be displayed to visitors and students. This building took home the award for Large Building Project in ACSE's Annual Awards held last December 6, 2021 (about ACSE ).

BIM Modeler

This was the very first project I was tasked to lead. My main role was to communicate with the engineers and the Australian office all information regarding the project and give regular updates on the project. I am also in charge of the main modeling and drafting works, assigning tasks, and detecting clashes.

The design involves creating a steel structure inside the heritage building without disturbing the exterior structure. It was a hurdle for both the engineering and drafting team to create the building in that enclosed space. We had to make sure that the connection details are accurate especially when connecting to exiting elements. Nevertheless, we successfully delivered our project with highly positive feedback. The works continued before I was moved to another huge project, Melbourne Metro Tunnels Project.
