BIM Modeler/ Technical Support Division (TSD) Coordinator

The first project I was heavily involved in. My role includes modeling, checking approved and for-approval documents, drawing reproduction, clash detection, attending meetings, and discussing issues with the architectural, structural, MEPS consultants & site operations team. This was the biggest project I held during my tenure in MDC, consisting of 6 floors in 2 lots and additional 6 residential lots and 5 basements. Originally, there were only 2 of us handling the production in the Architecture/Structure team under the supervision of a TSD Supervisor and a TSD Officer but the team grew in size therefore, I also had to take care of training the new hires. Aside from the models of each floor, I also modeled the cinemas, the central landscape, and the façade of the building.
